  What information do I need to have available for my appointment?  
     
  You will need to have the following information available and ready prior to your appointment:
  1. If you are an independent student, your most recent tax records (1040, 1040 EZ etc) is required.
  2. If you are a dependent student, your parents most recent tax records is required.
  3. In either case, you will be asked to provide specific information from the tax forms during your appointment in order that your FAFSA is completed.
  4. A list of all schools to which you are applying for financial aid.
  5. A list of all individual school/state financial aid programs to which you will be applying for financial aid.
  6. Phone, fax, or mailing address to receive your signature form.
 
  How much does  the FAFSA Completion Service cost?
