- First,
order the
FAFSA Completion Service
- Upon completion of your
order, you will be prompted to provide contact
information and upload you or your parents most recent
tax forms which are required to complete your
application.

What information
do I need to utilize this service? |
|

You will need to
have the following:
- If you are an independent
student, your most recent tax records (1040, 1040 EZ etc)
is required.
- If you are a dependent
student, your parents most recent tax records is required.
- In either case, specific
information from the tax forms are utilized to complete
your FAFSA application.
- A list of all schools to
which you are applying for financial aid.
- A list of all individual
school/state financial aid programs to which you will be
applying for financial aid.
- Phone, fax, or mailing
address to receive your signature form. Your signature
form will be generated at the end of completion of your
FAFSA. That form will be sent to you by email, mail, fax
as per your choice. You/parents are required to sign the
signature form, and submit it to the address indicated in
order that your FAFSA is considered completed in full.
